No airlines or land arrangement has been made at the time of printing and subject to confirmation and price change at any time during peak season, school holidays and public holidays. They are subject to increase without notice if these airfares change substantially prior to departure.
Quotation is based on current airfares and hotel rates. The company reserves the right to change its tour price without any prior notice.
This ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to certain airlines only. It non-endorsable, non-re-issuance, non-routing. The company shall not have held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred by any alteration on the routing or change of date travel by passenger.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time of bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the company in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal but money paid by such clients to such bookings fees shall be refunded to them.
The company and / or its associated agents reserved the right to alter or modify with or without prior notice the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodations in anyway necessary or withdraw the services of any accompanying tour member, due to circumstance over which the operators have no control.
No refund or reduction will be made to any tour member who does not partake in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the cause of the tour.
Hotel room is subject to availability.
Official check-in: 1400 hrs. Official check-out: 12:00 hrs.
Late checkout after 12:00 noon is upon request and is subject to availability.
Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) net.
Package rates quoted valid for the above traveling date only.
Minimum group size (as stated above) and rates will change if the group size falls
Group must travel together throughout the entire outbound and inbound journey.
Please note that the quotation is based on currency exchange rates as at 27 October 2021. In the event of currency fluctuations or amendments in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
Booking terms and conditions apply
Any package cancellation must be made 60 days before the flight.
Package cancellations less than 60 days are not allowed and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations for 60 days before the flight will be refunded and subject to a cancellation charge of rm500.
Cancellations less than 60 days will be refunded 50% of the total package
Full payment must be made at least 45 days before the flight date.
Any late payment must be notified in writing and subject to approval in accordance to a particular case.
Early payment is accepted by the company to avoid late payment.

The price of the group tour is valid for groups of more than 30 persons, or as stated in the offer, and it is calculated on the basis of the contract prices submitted by suppliers. If the group consists of less than 35 persons, Excel Travel reserves the right to charge for additional costs. Reservation will be made upon confirmation from your side. Minimum group size 30 Paxs and rates will change if the group size falls.
Reservation of hotel room will be made upon confirmation from your side.
Tour fare deposit amount paid is non-refundable after booking.
Full payment must be made during promotion due date.
High season surcharges to be advice.
The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the land operator.
EXCEL TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD and its agent reserve the right to change or alter the program and revise fares without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund would be not entertained due to unforeseen circumstances to the country.
For any unused service is not refundable.
The Person who cannot pass the immigration in the International Airport, Tour Fare would be not refundable.
EXCEL TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD acts only as your agent to provide you to service providers such as Airlines, Hotel, Ferry, Coaches, and others. We shall not in any circumstances be held liable for and will not accept responsibility or liability for the acts omissions, defaults on the past of these services provides and government change of regulations.
HOT AIR BALLOON REGULATION: Children aged 0-8 are not allowed to fly. For maximum safety and enjoyment, our pilots will only fly with children who are old enough to understand a preflight briefing and tall enough to see over the side of basket (typically at least 9 years old). If we caught customer bring their underage children to fly, they have to pay directly to the company hot air balloon based on current price as we do not reserve and not entitle for free.
